Shuttle
The Rental Car Center is appr. 5 min. from the terminals by shuttle. Shuttles depart every 5 min. from the outside Baggage Claim/Arrivals, Terminal A, B, C and E between 7 am and 11 pm and every 10-15 min. between 11 pm and 7 am. Follow signs to Ground Transportation. Exits are marked with Rental Car signs. Look for blue and white buses marked Rental Car Shuttle.
Your way to SIXT
For all terminals, after collecting any baggage, follow "Ground Transportation" signs to exits marked with "Rental car". Our SIXT branch is located in the Rental Car Center, reachable by shuttles that run about every 5 minutes. Between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, shuttles run every 10-15 minutes.
Specifically, you will find the blue and white buses marked "Rental car shuttle" at:
- Terminal A, south side, door A-115
- Terminal B, south side, door B-103
- Terminal C, south side, door C-105 or C-106
- Terminal E, west side, door E-101
For international passengers arriving at Terminal D, you will first go through customs and immigration, and then leave through the Terminal E arrivals hall.
Return information
Navigate to our SIXT branch at 17330 Palmetto Pines, Houston, TX, 77032. Once you arrive, follow the SIXT signs. At the return area, a SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return.
To return to the airport, shuttles run every 5 minutes. From 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, shuttles run 10-15 minutes. Note that separate shuttles serve Terminals A and B, Terminals C and D, and Terminal E, so make sure you take the correct one.
