Shuttle
Terminal A: Follow the signs for the Car Rental Shuttle on the ground level. Go to the Car Rental Shuttle Stop, this will transport you to Terminal B/Car Rental Center.
Terminal B: Follow the signs to the baggage claim area. Exit outside and cross the street to the Car Rental Center.
Your way to SIXT/Shuttle Service
From Terminal A, if you have checked bags, continue across the street to the baggage claim area. After you collected your luggage, go back to the departure side of the terminal where the shuttle stop is. If you don't have any checked bags, simply follow the "Car rental shuttle" signs. Take the shuttle to the Car Rental Center, located across from Terminal B.
From Terminal B, follow the signs to the baggage claim area. Leave the building and cross the street to the Car Rental Center.
Return information
Navigate to our SIXT branch located at 1659 Airport Blvd, San Jose, CA 95110. After you arrive at the airport, follow the "Rental car return" signs. Once you arrive, enter the "Rental car return" garage. On the left, take the ramp up to the 3rd floor. Continue going straight to the furthest end of the garage until you see our SIXT return signs. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return. Then you may proceed to the elevators located to your right. After going to the first floor, you may either cross the street for Terminal B or take the designated shuttle to Terminal A.
